The Last Comes First is a campaign highlighting Lucchese’s commitment to craftsmanship by focusing on the finishing touches that define every handcrafted boot. Through detailed imagery and thoughtful storytelling, the campaign showcases the artistry, precision, and heritage behind the final stages of the bootmaking process.

Production Planning: Coordinated product readiness, production schedules, and shoot logistics to support a smooth production process from pre-production through the shoot.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with internal teams and agency partners to manage communication, align production needs, and help keep the campaign on schedule.
Asset Management: Organized campaign assets throughout post-production, managed image selects and approvals, and prepared final deliverables for marketing, e-commerce, retail, and digital channels.
